You will lead on your own one of our new programme and work closely with our Motorsport Director for all other programmes.
Your missions :
Leading track operations and working directly with drivers and technical teams, your main responsibilities will include:
Leading your own programme:
- Prepare and execute run plans and test programmes;
- Responsible for vehicles setup;
- Organise operations;
- Coach young drivers;
- Manage trackside;
- Interface with the customer.
For all other motorsports programmes:
- Drive pure performance from simulation to track for all Spark’s programmes from off road to single seaters.
Your profile :
- Master’s degree or equivalent engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Motorsport Engineering or a related field;
- 8 to 10 years of experience in race engineering, trackside engineering or vehicle performance in motorsport;
- Good knowledge of vehicle dynamics, setup, data acquisition and analysis tools;
- Good understanding of the main vehicle systems;
- Formula E experience is a plus;
- Fluent English.
