Your Missions :

  • Act as a key point of contact to communicate project status to internal stakeholders
  • Promote and facilitate cross‐functional communication and collaboration
  • Support Project Leader with a wide range of activities for the assigned project(s).

Main responsabilities :

  • Define project scope, objectives and deliverables for each milestone
  • Create detailed project timeline and monitor progress on a daily basis
  • Build and use a dashboard to monitor progress on engineering releases, purchase order and deliveries
  • Ensure the BOM is updated by the Engineering and Supply Chain teams on a daily basis
  • Identify risks and work with the Engineering and Supply Chain Teams to propose mitigation plans
  • Report project status to Project Leader on a weekly basis
  • Schedule and coordinate project team weekly meeting and other meetings as necessary including sending
  • invitations, booking rooms, preparing supporting documentation, taking minutes, updating action plans
  • Schedule and coordinate build events with Workshop, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams
  • Support vehicle development and validation team to guarantee availability of components and spares
  • Prepare milestone reviews including the collection of deliverables (plans, reports, etc.)
  • Monitor budget as required by the Project Leader
  • Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of lean project management tools in compliance with all quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.)

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering area (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
  • similar)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
  • Experience in Project Coordination in the Motorsport or Supercar industry
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Self‐starter with the ability to work with high level instruction and seek out data and support from other teams
  • Team‐oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence others
  • Fluent English and willingness to learn French
