Spark Foundry’s SEO team sits within the overall Performance Department together with the other performance disciplines, PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic and Affiliates. An opportunity has emerged for a talented SEO Director looking for their next step up in digital. Working closely with the Head of SEO, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategy and ensuring the quality of delivery across two of our most high profile accounts. This includes working across both B2B and B2C projects.

The successful candidate will be able to join a 20 strong SEO department, and further develop their skills and our product offering, alongside a supportive and experienced team. Attention to detail, project management, client relationship management, technical knowledge and creativity are essential for this role. Previous experience in an SEO Director role is preferred. As an SEO Director you will be responsible for developing the strategy, and ensuring delivery of high quality work across two of our largest accounts. The role of SEO Director will cover the following responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Strong hands on experience in an SEO role
  • Defining overall strategy
  • Managing client communications
  • Working closely with the implementation team to ensure quality of output
  • Managing training and career progression of team
  • Technical projects
  • Delivery of roadmaps, project plans and forecasts
  • Spotting opportunities to grow client accounts for a mutually beneficial upsell
  • Assigning appropriate tools for your clients
  • Work effectively with planning & channel teams to ensure an integrated approach
  • Manage the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working directly with, and managing the relationship with third party agencies
