Overview: Spark Foundry, part of Publicis Groupe, is looking for a driven Planning Account Manager to take the lead on exciting accounts including Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, GSK, and Strong Roots. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of brands, delivering impactful campaigns and innovative solutions in both brand and performance media.

About the Role: As a Planning Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving forward creative and strategic media solutions for high-profile clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and implementation of media plans and campaigns, ensuring exceptional delivery and results.
  • Collaborating with clients to craft strategies that align with their goals and position their brands as category leaders.
  • Maintaining quality control on all plans and proposals before they are presented to clients.
  • Fostering relationships across inter-agency teams and investment specialists to achieve shared objectives.
  • Supporting the professional growth of direct reports, mentoring and motivating them to excel in their roles.
  • Taking an active role in the growth of client accounts and contributing to the broader agency's success.

About You: We're looking for an ambitious individual with:

  • A solid foundation in both traditional and digital media, with experience managing cross-channel campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead discussions and challenge clients diplomatically.
