We’re seeking a high-performing, commercially sharp Sales Representative to join our Robotics Division. This role is suited to someone who thrives in a consultative B2B sales environment and is motivated by selling innovative, high-impact technology.
You will be responsible for driving new business, building relationships with senior operational stakeholders, and guiding customers through the full sales cycle, from discovery and demonstrations to proposal, negotiation and close. - Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Proactively prospect through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn and targeted campaigns to build a strong pipeline.
- Deliver engaging virtual and on-site demonstrations that highlight operational and financial ROI.
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, ensuring consistent follow-up and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management through HubSpot CRM.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and position yourself as a trusted advisor in robotics and automation.
- Market Insight & Brand Development
- Stay current on robotics advancements, industry shifts and competitor activity.
- Support exhibitions, roadshows, sales campaigns and industry events.
- Contribute to internal sales enablement through documentation, playbooks and training materials.
2–3 years’ B2B sales experience (inside sales or field-based), ideally in technology, equipment or commercial services.
Experience selling into hospitality, FM, retail, commercial cleaning or similar sectors is advantageous.
Strong communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
Able to simplify technical concepts and articulate clear commercial value.
Familiar with HubSpot or other CRM tools.
Genuine interest in robotics, automation and operational transformation.
