The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Technical Support & Field Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance and servicing of our robotics and EPoS solutions nationwide. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a technical background, a proactive attitude and a strong interest in robotics or automation. Based in Newcastle, you'll install systems, respond to support requests, and attend customer call-outs. You’ll also help prepare robots for deployment and relay technical insights to our engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission robotic and EPoS systems at customer sites
  • Diagnose and resolve faults both remotely and on-site
  • Perform routine servicing, firmware updates and minor hardware repairs
  • Assemble, test and configure robots at our facility before deployment
  • Record service visits and resolutions accurately for internal tracking
  • Support onboarding of new clients and act as a technical contact during post-installation
  • Attend urgent call-outs when required, with occasional travel across the UK
