The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on and customer-focused Field Robotics Engineer to support the deployment, maintenance, and optimisation of service and cleaning robots across hospitality, commercial, and industrial environments. This role combines technical engineering capability with on-site client interaction, ensuring robotic solutions are delivered, maintained, and performing to expected operational and ROI standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Deployment
  • Conduct on-site surveys and assess operational environments
  • Install, configure, and commission robotic systems (cleaning & service robots)
  • Perform mapping, navigation setup, and environment calibration
  • Set up charging stations, workstations, and network connectivity
  • Deliver on-site training and support go-live
  • Maintenance & Technical Support
    • Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and firmware updates
    • Diagnose and repair hardware and software faults
    • Respond to service requests within SLA timeframes
    • Manage spare parts and consumables
