Job Description

Early Years Practitioner – Temp/Cover\\n\\nHertfordshire\\n\\nUp to £15 per hour – Immediate Start\\n\\nWe are currently recruiting for a compassionate and committed Nursery Nurse to provide a safe, enjoyable and engaging place to learn for children between 3 months and 5 years old. This can be either a part-time or full-time position on a contract basis with the possibility of further extension or permanent employment. We are able to offer flexible work patterns at a number of sites across Berkshire, Hertfordshire & London\\n\\nThe Organisation\\n\\nWe’ve partnered with a number of highly regarded and successful nurseries based in Hertfordshire who provide early years education to boys and girls.

Each have outstanding feedback from parents in addition to very good ratings from recent quality inspections and aim to continue safeguarding young children and supporting the local community.\\n\\nJob Responsibilities\\n\\n * Provide a welcoming classroom environment in which the children are safe and have fun.\\n\\n * Planning activities in line with EYFS.\\n\\n * Ensure the effective use of the school’s resources and proper maintenance of school materials.\\n\\n * Engage with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.\\n\\n * Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nThe successful Nursery Nurse will:\\n\\n * Hold a relevant childcare or teaching qualification – level 2 minimum\\n\\n * Enhanced DBS\\n\\n * Be passionate about delivering the best level of care\\n\\n * Previous experience in a nursery is highly advantageous\\n\\n * Demonstrate excellent communication skills\\n\\n * Have strong understanding of the EYFS and refer to the EYFS Framework to plan activities\\n\\nSPARK Educare is a recruitment agency dedicated to driving standards and delivering an outstanding recruitment experience to clients and candidates alike.
