We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our London-based crypto trading firm as we scale up and expand our growing operation. The primary responsibility in this new role will be monitoring our algorithmic trading systems during nights and occasional weekends.

The crypto markets don’t stop trading, and you can be part of scaling up our already-successful strategies with your dependability and added availability. You will coordinate with the trading department to ensure full coverage, but typical working hours will be:

  • 4 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Remote on-call coverage two weekends per month, performing brief mobile health checks.

After an initial training period, the job can be fully remote, with opportunities to visit our London office in Marylebone if desired. Six-figure compensation expected for the right candidate.

In general, we are looking for 20+ years of work experience. Prior experience in finance is not required, particularly if you have been part of a role or industry that required sustained attention to detail for high stakes like technology, law, accounting, or science. Advanced computer skills are not required, and we do not expect prior crypto or trading experience. We welcome candidates who could benefit from a non-traditional schedule, whether to accommodate daytime commitments or simply personal preference. You will:

  • Monitor our live trading application to ensure safe operation of our execution systems.
  • Perform periodic system health checks and respond to alerts.
  • Document and escalate when issues arise.
  • Note operational patterns that emerge as you notice them and report to management and technology teams in order to improve the health of the system and our trading overall.
