We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer with over seven years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have the skills and vision to bring our projects to life through exceptional motion design and state-of-the-art animation.

Job Summary:

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will be tasked with crafting captivating motion graphics, animations, and visual content across a variety of platforms, incl. digital, social media, web, and video. You will work closely with our creative directors to ensure all visual content aligns with our brand identity and strategic objectives.

The Studio requires an agile approach, smoothly navigating from concept development to creative execution. The ideal candidate will possess a refined design sensibility, a passion for storytelling, and a comprehensive understanding of animation principles.

You will collaborate with a diverse array of clients from our portfolio of leading brands. Our work environment is dynamic and varied, demanding a curious and adaptable individual who is committed to staying abreast of the latest tools and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation: Create animated videos, motion graphics, and visual effects for a variety of multimedia projects. Craft engaging effects, seamless transitions, and visually striking designs paired with dynamic sound. This includes promotional video posts, OOH, explainer videos, and interactive content.

Concept Development: Work closely with the creative team to conceptualise, storyboard, and develop new ideas and visual styles for various projects.

Software Expertise: Use advanced tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, and other design software to execute high-quality animations and graphics.

Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in motion design, animation, and emerging technologies to ensure the work remains innovative and fresh.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all motion design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency across all platforms.

Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure motion graphics and animations meet project goals and deadlines.

Schedules: You will work on deadlines to ensure design schedules run smoothly and demonstrate great communication and collaborative skills – working closely with the Creative Directors as well as account managers.

Proven Ability & Skills

Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in motion design or animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills.

Technical Proficiency: Advanced video and audio editing skills, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro. Cinema 4D or other 3D design/animation tools are advantageous, knowledge of Real-Time-Broadcasting would be a bonus.

Design Skills: Strong understanding of design principles (typography, composition, colour theory, etc.) and how they translate into motion graphics.

Creative Vision: Ability to think creatively and bring ideas to life through motion and animation.

Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to produce polished, precise work on-brand.
