Ticket Office assistants required at the East Somerset Railway - perfect for people with or wanting to acquire customer service experience.

Interesting role meeting and greeting members of the public. The role includes issuing tickets, taking money and exchanging vouchers for train tickets. Full training provided.

Weekends from mid March to end of October, Wednesdays and Thursdays also during the summer months. Flexible time commitments.

As well as hands-on, practical work maintaining our railway line and our steam locomotive and Signal Box restoration projects, we require public facing roles during the summer season such as Guards, Travelling Ticket Inspectors, Shop and Ticket Office staff.
