Are you passionate about cooking and making a difference in your community? YMCA Taunton is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us as Community Cooks. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your culinary skills to support our Youth Team with events such as Youth Club, Young Carers Group, Holiday Activities, and Seasonal meals (e.g., Christmas). Please note that due to the current building work this role will not be needed until Spring 2025, but we would love to hear from interested people before then.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals for various YMCA events and youth group activities.
- Plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with YMCA staff to ensure food safety and quality.
