  • FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES
  • Liderar y coordinar el equipo BIM especializado en instalaciones MEP.
  • Planificar la carga de trabajo y asignar recursos entre los distintos proyectos.
  • Supervisar la calidad de los modelos BIM y garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares establecidos.
  • Coordinar el trabajo entre las distintas disciplinas de ingeniería.
  • Dar soporte técnico al equipo en cuestiones relacionadas con BIM.
  • Desarrollar y mantener estándares, plantillas y procedimientos BIM.
  • Impulsar la mejora continua y la implantación de nuevas herramientas y metodologías BIM.
  • Colaborar con clientes, directores de proyecto y responsables técnicos en aspectos relacionados con BIM.
  • Realizar el seguimiento del rendimiento del equipo y de los objetivos de los proyectos.
  • REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA
  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Arquitectura o similar.
  • Experiencia previa liderando o coordinando equipos BIM en proyectos de edificación.
  • Amplios conocimientos de metodología BIM y entorno Revit.
  • Conocimiento de estándares BIM (ISO 19650, BEP, etc.).
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamente.
  • Persona organizada, con capacidad de liderazgo y orientación a la mejora continua.
  • Nivel de inglés alto para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional.

  • Contrato indefinido a jornada completa.
  • Salario según experiencia.
  • Horario flexible (jornada de 42 h/semana de enero a junio y de septiembre a diciembre, jornada intensiva de 35 h en julio y agosto).

  • Vacaciones: entre 22 y 31 días laborables según antigüedad.
