As a Retail Intern at Balenciaga, you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are valued. The Retail Intern is responsible for providing quality administrative and logistical support to the team, as well as acting as a conduit for communication between internal and external parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the Daily and Weekly reports and sharing them with all the retail network.
  • Consolidating and sharing weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Assisting in the development, consolidation and communication on target setting.
  • Assisting in the Retail travel online accounts and coordinating hotel and travel plans within budget for the retail team as required for meetings, store conferences and other ad-hoc retail events.
  • Managing all the onboarding for new joiners (ensuring to plan meetings with all the support functions).
  • Supporting the Marketing team with all the VIC Gifting process (selection of clients with stores, ordering gifts and personalized cards, planning the delivery of the gifts on time).
  • Participating in the development, implementation and evaluation of challenges within the retail network to boost store performances through key KPIs.
  • Partaking in the development and maintenance of Store reports.
  • Collecting and consolidating the Monthly orders for the stores.
  • Helping in ensuring the communication and exchange of information between the stores and the various HQ departments according to current needs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, German is a plus.
  • Pragmatic.

  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Proactive and problem solver.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Expert in MS Office pack (Excel in particular).
