As part of our board, you’ll help shape the strategic direction of Spaniel Rescue Foundation and ensure our operations remain compassionate, effective, and sustainable. This is a vital role - your leadership will directly impact the lives of spaniels in need and the families who care for them.
By supporting volunteers, refining systems, and guiding our rescue pathway, you’ll help strengthen our foundation and ensure we can continue offering hope to spaniels across the UK.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach, who enjoys working with people, improving systems, and making a meaningful impact. You don’t need prior experience in dog rescue - we’ll support the right candidate to learn what’s needed.

You’ll help shape how we assess, foster, and rehome dogs, and support the volunteers who make it all happen. From refining policies to supporting the team, your input will help us deliver excellence at every stage.
