Location: 28 and 30 Wembley Park Boulevard, Wembley, HA9 0HP

This role will be based within our Wembley Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £28,314 per year

Joining us as a Medical Receptionist you will support our visions and values of safety, integrity, kindness and transparency are embedded in our day to day care to ensure we deliver the best service possible. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
  • Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
  • Make appointments for our patients applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
  • Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic
  • Be effective with all administration tasks
  • Provide excellent customer care to all our patients
