Location: Bolton

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 2-3 days a week in the office.

As a Communications Executive, you will support our visions and values of safety, integrity, kindness and transparency embedded in our day-to-day care to ensure we deliver the best service possible. All of SpaMedica’s hospitals inspected by the CQC have been rated as Good or Outstanding, and we have recently been awarded Investors In People Platinum Accreditation.

The Communications Executive will play a hands-on, creative role in delivering clear, engaging, and consistent internal communications across the business. You will produce high-quality content including copywriting, newsletters, desktop visuals, posters, and internal campaigns that help colleagues understand key updates, celebrate success, and feel proud to be part of SpaMedica.

Working closely with the Communications Manager, you will gather stories from across our hospitals and other locations, bring our values to life through compelling communication, and support colleagues with day-to-day comms needs. This role is central to strengthening our culture, improving employee experience, and reinforcing a shared sense of purpose across head office and clinical teams.
