About the Role:
SpaMedica is seeking a dynamic and experienced Internal Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our recruitment efforts by identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for a variety of positions across the organisation.
As a key member of the Recruitment and People team, you will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their talent needs and deliver exceptional recruitment strategies. Your expertise in talent acquisition, paired with your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, will help ensure SpaMedica continues to attract high-calibre candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage recruitment for a designated business area.
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs.
- Support hiring managers with best-in-class interviewing techniques and data-driven insights.
- Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance recruitment practices.
- Lead efforts around talent attraction, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the People team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

- Proven experience in Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for talent.
