Role: Patient Services Advisor

Location: SpaMedica, 120 Bark Street, Bolton , BL1 2AX

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Mon Sun (5 days in 7) Any weekend working will allow for a rota day off

Shift times: Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, Sat 8 5:30 and Sun 9 4

Salary: £24,000

Responsibilities Of Our Patient Services Advisor

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience for our callers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all callers requests and queries across several communication channels inbound / outbound calls and email.
  • Assist with the management of patient waiting lists.
  • To have knowledge of all procedures carried out by SpaMedica and Freedom Vision.
  • Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact.
  • You will be motivated to meet your KPIs. Your individual performance will be key contribution to the department achieving all targets for quality and productivity.
  • Participate in regular 121s and team meetings with your manager.
