Responsibilities of our Patient Driver:

  • Liaise with the lead driver and transport team for patient’s movement
  • Check the blocks, routing, and timings for appointments
  • Call patients to arrange transport requirements
  • Collect and return patients from home or medical centres
  • Assist patients with poor mobility on and off the transport
  • Assist on reception and porter duties when on site
