Location: Citygate Central, Blantyre Street, Manchester M15 4SQ. This role will be based within our Manchester Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Salary: £24,852 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally.
  • Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information.
  • Make appointments for our patients applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail.
  • Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic.
  • Effectively handle all administration tasks.
  • Provide excellent customer care to all our patients.
