Location: Gateway House, Ground Floor, 4 Penman Way, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1SY

This role will be based within our Leicester Hospital cluster, which involves working across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £25,000

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
  • Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
  • Make appointments for our patients applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
  • Manage reception responsibilities for each clinic
  • Effective with all administration tasks
  • Provide excellent customer care to all our patients
