SpaMedica is seeking a Change Manager - Governance for a hybrid role at Bolton Head Office. The role is 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and focuses on leading the Change Governance approach and PMO oversight to prioritise, govern, deliver and embed transformation initiatives across the organisation.
You will develop change strategies, integrate activities into transformation project plans, influence leaders to adopt new ways of working, and ensure robust governance documentation.
