Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Produce procurement dashboards, spend analyses, savings reports, and supplier performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate procurement data, contract registers, and analytics tools.
  • Support tender processes by preparing documentation, analysing bids, and scoring supplier responses.
  • Conduct market research to inform procurement decisions and risk assessments.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and escalate concerns to the Procurement Manager.
  • Support procurement planning activities including demand forecasting and budget tracking.
  • Ensure supplier information, compliance documents, and safeguarding checks are up to date.
