Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £28,000

About you:

The main purpose of the Corporate Governance Informatics Assistant role is to provide comprehensive informatics and administrative support to the corporate governance function at SpaMedica. This includes maintaining governance databases and systems, supporting board and committee administration, managing governance documentation, and producing data-driven reports and analytics to support decision-making. The Corporate Governance Informatics Assistant will ensure accurate record-keeping, compliance monitoring, and effective information management across all governance activities using InPhase by Ideagen as the primary GRC system.
