We’re now looking for a talented Business Analyst to join us and play a central role in shaping solutions that enhance patient experience, streamline operations, and enable smarter, data‑driven ways of working. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical, curious and collaborative BA who thrives on improving processes, solving problems, and bringing clarity to complex change.
Role
You’ll lead structured discovery work, diagnose challenges, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support the organisation through solution design, testing and implementation. Working closely with clinical, operational, commercial and technical teams, you’ll help turn transformation ideas into real, measurable outcomes.
As part of this recruitment, we are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in either Digital, Finance or Procurement, bringing subject‑matter understanding that enhances the quality and pace of delivery in these key strategic areas.
What You’ll Deliver
- Discovery & Analysis
- Investigate current processes, systems and data to identify pain points and opportunities
- Map end‑to‑end journeys and quantify issues such as delays, errors and inefficiencies
- Requirements & Design
- Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate options analysis and support solution design across technology and operations
- Data & Insights
- Define data needs and perform exploratory analysis
- Build dashboards or queries to expose trends, problems and performance metrics
- Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose streamlined, automated or redesigned processes
- Support the development of RPA/low‑code opportunities
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Run workshops, interviews and playback sessions
- Build strong, trusted relationships across clinical, commercial and central teams
- Delivery & Change Support
- Work closely with PMs, product/tech colleagues and SMEs throughout build, testing and release
- Support UAT, defect triage, documentation and readiness activities

- Track benefit realisation and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within transformation or change programs
- Strong capability in either Digital, Finance, or Procurement
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping (BPMN/Swimlanes) and user story writing
- Experience using tools such as Excel/Power Query, SQL basics, Power BI/Tableau
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or Prince2 project environments
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation (BRDs, functional specs, process maps etc.)
- Experience with CRM/workflow platforms, automation or low‑code technologies is desirable
- Degree or professional BA qualifications (IIBA, BCS, PMI‑PBA) are beneficial
