Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the role: The Accounting & Tax Manager is responsible for leading the organization’s financial accounting, statutory reporting, and tax functions. This role ensures compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements while maintaining strong financial controls, delivering accurate financial reporting, and supporting strategic business decisions. This is an opportunity to lead and enhance a broad finance remit, overseeing financial reporting, tax, treasury and governance, while influencing strategy, developing teams and driving operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant ACA
  • Strong technical accounting expertise and experience in financial reporting
  • Strong tax expertise across a variety of tax elements
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant accounting standards (IFRS / UK GAAP)
  • Experience preparing or reviewing statutory accounts and disclosures
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
