Location: Ground Floor, High Water House, Malpas Road, Truro, TR1 1QH

Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days.

Salary: £45,446 - £48,068

Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for the day-to-day management of SpaMedica and Freedom Vision at each site.
  • This role may suit a nurse, senior healthcare assistant, allied healthcare professional or a person with prior experience of managing healthcare businesses.
  • The post holder must obtain and maintain the CQC registered manager status.
  • As Hospital Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the high quality and standards of the delivery of healthcare services at your site.
  • Whilst maintaining overall responsibility at the site, you are supported by your local Area Manager and by the Board, specifically the Chief Operational Officer.
  • You will be empowered to lead your team and make decisions that mirror the values of SpaMedica in delivering the highest quality of eye healthcare.
