Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Joining us as a Senior Medical Receptionist, you will support our visions and values of safety, integrity, kindness and transparency embedded in our day-to-day care to ensure we deliver the best service possible. All of SpaMedica's hospitals inspected by the CQC have been rated as 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a team of patient co-ordinators including:
- Produce a fair and consistent monthly rota
- Sign off holidays in line with business activity, ensuring adequate cover
- Produce weekly plans for the week's medical record preparation
- Be confident with absence reporting and completing return to work interviews
- Conduct 3 months and 6 monthly probation reviews highlighting additional training requirements
- Be involved in the appraisal process, preparation and delivery
- Deliver one-to-one meetings and record conversations in writing
- Be involved in disciplinary and investigation meetings where required
- Be trustworthy with the management of confidential information
- Participate in the recruitment of new team members into the department
- Act as trainer to new team members updating training manual
- Hold regular team meetings
