Location: Bolton Head Office, 43 Churchgate, Bolton BL1 1HU. This role will be based within our Bolton Head office and is a Hybrid role.
Hours: Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Joining us as an Event, CPD and Post Op Lead you will support our visions and values of safety, integrity, kindness and transparency are embedded in our day to day care to ensure we deliver the best service possible. Responsibilities of the Events CPD and Post Op Lead:
- Events Management: Work under the guidance of the B2B Marketing Lead to support the development of SpaMedica's educational events programme. Identify and secure internal clinical speakers and subject matter experts to support local and national educational events and CPD activities. Support the development of educational content and presentation materials to ensure alignment with SpaMedica's clinical messaging and educational objectives.
- CPD Programme Management: Work closely with the B2B Marketing Lead to develop and coordinate SpaMedica's CPD educational programme for optometrists. Complete and submit CPD events for GOC approval, ensuring all documentation meets accreditation requirements and CPD points are awarded appropriately. Coordinate speakers and educational content to ensure CPD events deliver high-quality clinical education and support understanding of SpaMedica services and patient pathways.
- Post-Operative Accreditation Scheme Management: Manage the implementation and ongoing delivery of SpaMedica's post-operative accreditation schemes across all services, ensuring participating optometry practices understand pathway requirements and operate within agreed standards. Maintain accurate records of accredited practices, participating optometrists and post-operative schemes, ensuring systems and documentation are kept up to date. Provide guidance and training to Service Promotion Executives (SPEs) to ensure consistent understanding and promotion of post-operative schemes and accreditation requirements.
