Taxi Dispatch Operator in Spalding

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as a Taxi dispatch operator. This role requires managing a high volume of incoming calls, taking and dealing with booking and enquiries over the phone, providing quotes accurately, dispatching jobs to drivers using our system, and providing exceptional customer service. A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF THE SPALDING AREA IS ESSENTIAL.

You will be working in a secure office environment using our in house dispatch system. Full training will be provided for this. Training will be provided during the week, in the evening.
