My client is a small and growing advisory firm looking to recruit driven graduates with 2-3 years of experience, ready for their next move.
This Research Associate role offers a high level of responsibility from the start and provides a foundation in understanding consulting and governance, investor relations, senior leadership and people and their careers.
You will have the opportunity to work with clients internationally at the most senior level, uncovering clients' most important issues through a variety of primary and secondary research methods.
Key responsibilities
- Research & Analysis β you will be exposed to the key challenges and the issues Boards are seeking to address, including their composition, judgement, dynamic and decision-making capability, transformation and the governance of AI, sustainability and diversity β you will play a critical role in the delivery of client assignments.
- Data capture, Analysis & Governance β you will be responsible for maintaining and updating data and building on international portfolios.
- Problem-Solving β you will work closely with the leadership team to deliver impactful solutions for clients.
- Project Management & Delivery β you will be responsible for managing the day-to day interactions with our clients and candidates and taking responsibility for client reporting.
- Business Development & Marketing β you will be involved in the development of Thought Leadership, supporting with outreach campaigns, attending networking events, and managing events with key business leaders
We seek graduates with a degree from a top university, plus at least 2 years experience gained in a relevant corporate research role, with strong secondary research expertise and the ability to frame and write output to a high standard.
You will be working in a very busy team, fully office-based in Central London so drive and proactivity are key.
You must be people focussed with a genuine interest in people, their careers and business motivations.
Working collaboratively, you will work-well in a close-knit team including Partners, Experienced Consultants and other Research Associates.
We seek intellectual curiosity particularly across relevant topics such as governance, Board performance, dynamic and decision-making capability, sustainability, composition, cognitive diversity and inclusion, and access to talent.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
