In this role you will:
- Contribute to the design, fieldwork, analysis and delivery of qualitative research projects
- Create discussion guides and screeners
- Conduct interviews independently and confidently
- Support the analysis of qualitative data
- Support day‑to‑day client communication
- Create the first draft of client insights reports
