Great opportunity for a rising quantitative Senior Research Executive or current Research Manager seeking a boutique agency who deliver quality insight to complex business issues for a number of market leading companies. Our client’s expertise lies in the consumers of tomorrow working across a broad range of industries including media and entertainment, toys and games, retail and food and drink, both in the UK and internationally. They have a passion for research that goes beyond the client brief conducting bespoke research for clients as well as their own in-house; industry recognised research studies each year.
They seek a talented Research Manager with a solid quantitative background who is keen to join a fast-paced, evolving company. You will manage quant projects from initial design stage through to dissemination of the findings, you will be comfortable with varied methodology, in particular survey design and will be keen to present back to senior-level clients. Most of the work is ad hoc and hands on with design and analysis. Experience in segmentations, maxdiffs and conjoints would be very useful and typical projects include concept testing and market sizing.
This is a small agile team working across lots of different methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) in order to understand this dynamic audience and you'll have plenty of opportunity to investigate the methodological rising stars to see whether they stand up to their established elders in delivering the pearls of wisdom their loyal clients seek.
Just as important as your solid methodological expertise are your ability to take the initiative, embrace challenges, and be keen to work in a role which you will be able to shape and develop. It also offers lots of variety and the chance to work with a great team who love what they do.
