An amazing opportunity for a qualitative or mixed-methods market researcher with a passion for all things AI and product development to pivot their career into product engineering.

Our client is a tech-enabled research company, delivering deep insight at the speed of software, representing the future of the industry. They are leading the way in the use of AI to enhance consumer understanding and public opinion, positioning themselves well for growth.

They deliver impactful work to leading organisations, brand owners, campaign groups, and non-profits. The company has a talented team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers and is growing fast.

This newly created role will be embedded in the product and engineering team, working directly on features and iterating on the AI system, bringing qualitative domain expertise into how the product is built and improved.

We seek a high-performing Senior Research Executive or a low-to-mid level Research Manager, with experience from a survey-based market research agency, who is starting to feel the pull away from pure research and towards building things. You don't need to write code, but you should be genuinely hands-on with AI in your day-to-day and curious about how systems get built. Any experience of vibe coding would be an advantage.

Key for your application will be to demonstrate evidence of having built something (tools, automations, workflows) in a previous role or in your personal life. Culturally, this company requires self-directed individuals who take ownership and have momentum. Excellent communication skills are essential.
