This role involves end-to-end sales processes, from early conversations and pitch preparation to proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals. Itβs a hands-on role with real responsibility, working closely with various teams across the business.
We seek highly driven, proactive, and organised individuals with excellent communication skills, keen to work across teams, participate in meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on actions. You will capture decisions in sales meetings and pitches, ensuring next steps are clear and followed up.
Day to day, you will prepare and tailor proposals, pitch decks, and written responses, coordinating inputs across the business on pricing, scope, case studies, and credentials. You will support both outbound and inbound opportunities through research, outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up. Familiarity with CRMs, pipeline tracking, or sales tools is preferred, or a willingness to learn quickly.
The successful candidate will have around 2-3 years of experience in a commercial, business development, sales support, or client-facing role in a B2B environment (ideally in market research or a similar industry). Skills include strong written communication, high organisation, the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines, comfort working with senior stakeholders, and confidence in clarifying asks and keeping processes moving.
This is a fast-paced company working to very high standards, seeking high-fliers who want to collaborate with other bright minds.
