Our client is a creative and independent insight consultancy. This role is ideal for those who have gained solid qualitative research experience within an agency, enjoy working in the consumer/FMCG space and want to join a collaborative and balanced insights consultancy that is helping to shape the future of consumer brands.
We are looking for a Senior Research Executive or an RE ready to step up. You'll be at the heart of the project lifecycle, involved in everything from initial proposals to final client debriefs.
Key Responsibilities- Project Involvement: Contribute to all stages of research, including drafting proposals, scripting online surveys, and coordinating international fieldwork with global partners.
- Research & Analysis: Lead day-to-day logistics for quantitative processes, and establish the 'research story' through detailed data analysis.
- Client Management: Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing their expectations and delivering debrief documents.
- Education & Experience: A strong academic record (graduate degree level) and likely 2+ years of experience from a market research agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple software (Keynote, Pages, Numbers), plus a solid understanding of the MRS Code of Conduct.
- Mindset: You should be curious about how people think, interested in brands and design, and possess strong critical thinking skills.
- Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a challenging workload with high accuracy.
