Insight Manager β Qualitative Research (with a difference) London (Hybrid) Β£40 - 55,000 + equity & bens
This is one of the most genuinely exciting briefs we have worked on in a long time. A small but formidably well-backed AI startup is changing how consumer brands do qualitative research. Their technology moderates and analyses video interviews and delivers actionable insights in hours, not weeks. Their clients include some of the world's best-known consumer brands.
Right now they are a small and growing team which means this role carries real weight and real upside. You will be working directly with the founders, growing your responsibilities alongside the business, and taking on equity that actually means something.
The role sits at the intersection of client consultancy and product development. Day to day, you will act as a trusted research advisor to senior stakeholders at major consumer brands β helping them scope projects, design the right approach, and extract maximum value from AI-led qualitative research. On the other side, you will be feeding intelligence back to the CEO and CTO to shape the product roadmap. It is a rare hybrid: part qual expert, part client partner, part innovator.
The ideal candidate will have solid qualitative market research experience and be comfortable holding their own in a conversation with a senior brand director. You will need to be equally at home in the detail and the big picture, knowing when rigour matters and when to move fast. High EQ, excellent communication and a genuine appetite for working in a fast-moving, developing environment are all essential. Enthusiasm for AI is a must; prior AI experience is not.
In return: competitive salary, meaningful equity, unlimited holiday and a flexible hybrid model from a great London location. Most importantly, you will be building something β not just filling a role. Opportunity waits for the ambitious. Get in touch.
