We are working exclusively on what we believe is a very exciting opportunity for a qualitative researcher who is looking for something new, fresh and stimulating.
Our client is a small but formidably well-backed AI startup is changing how consumer brands do qualitative research. Their technology moderates and analyses video interviews and delivers actionable insights in hours, not weeks. Their clients include some of the world's best-known consumer brands.
The role sits at the intersection of client, consultancy and product development:
- Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at major consumer brands
- Scoping and designing research projects end-to-end
- Overseeing the AI as it runs, stepping in where human judgement adds most value
- Feeding intelligence back to the CEO and CTO to shape the product roadmap
It is a rare hybrid: part qual expert, part client partner, part innovator. You will work directly with the founders, with responsibilities — and equity — that grow alongside the business.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have solid qualitative market research experience
- Be comfortable holding their own in a conversation with clients.
- Be equally at home in the detail and the big picture, knowing when rigour matters and when to move fast.
We are looking for people who have a genuine appetite for working in a fast-moving, developing environment where you can really make an impact. Enthusiasm for AI is a must; prior AI experience is not.
In return: competitive salary, meaningful equity, unlimited holiday and a flexible hybrid model from a great London location. Most importantly, you will be building something — not just filling a role.
