The Sales Associate will move deals from first conversation through to close, taking ownership of the day-to-day work that turns interest into revenue. This role involves end-to-end sales processes, from early conversations and pitch preparation to proposals, follow-ups, and closing deals. It’s a hands-on role with real responsibility, working closely with various teams across the business.

We seek highly driven, proactive, and organised individuals with excellent communication skills, keen to work across teams, participate in meetings, prepare materials, and follow up on actions. Responsibilities include:

  • Joining sales meetings and pitches, capturing decisions, and ensuring next steps are clear.
  • Preparing and tailoring proposals, pitch decks, and written responses.
  • Coordinating inputs across the business on pricing, scope, case studies, and credentials.
  • Supporting both outbound and inbound opportunities through research, outreach, meeting preparation, and follow-up.

Familiarity with CRMs, pipeline tracking, or sales tools is preferred, or a willingness to learn quickly.

The successful candidate will have around 2-3 years of experience in a commercial, business development, sales support, or client-facing role in a B2B environment (ideally in market research or a similar industry). Skills required include:

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
  • Comfort working with senior stakeholders and confidence in clarifying asks and keeping processes moving.
