We seek an ambitious and driven social researcher who is keen to add something new to an award-winning and thriving independent insight consultancy.
Having successfully grown the business and made the most of all opportunities, they are at the point of wanting to add a senior director to help them with their next stage of growth. Plans are in place, but they have an open mind on where the new person's knowledge and expertise within social research could come from. They will look to you to help them develop in areas that are complementary and natural next steps for them to grow into.
Essential to be successful in this role is that you have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset, you are innovative and a creative thinker, and you will also be keen to bring in new ideas and approaches. To enable you to be successful, you will have knowledge and experience in how to win projects in this space, you will be able to pitch and write winning proposals, and be highly motivated by the chance to help a business continue to grow whilst enjoying the financial recognition this will bring.
