Our client works across a broad range of industries including media & entertainment, retail, food & drink, toys, games, gaming, sport, and charities both in the UK and internationally. They have a passion for research that goes beyond the client brief, conducting bespoke research for clients.
With growth across sectors, territories and approaches, they are investing across the business with bigger picture bespoke projects and agenda-setting studies. They seek a talented Associate Director with a strong qualitative background to play an instrumental role in the agency.
This role is broad and varied. You will take the lead on the qual side of the business, working on and leading projects, managing a small team, and building strong and lasting relationships with clients. You really will be involved in all and everything, can make a genuine impact and your voice will be heard.
This is a small agile team who work across lots of different methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) to understand dynamic audiences. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to investigate the methodological rising stars to see whether they stand up to their established elders in delivering the pearls of wisdom their loyal clients seek.
We are looking for quallie; however, as they are a small team that conducts both quant and qual studies, you will have the opportunity to get involved with mixed method projects integrating the findings that allow clients to act.
