While the ideal candidate will have had exposure to qualitative and quantitative methods, your qualitative experience is essential, and interest or exposure to quantitative methods will be highly appreciated.

Some experience with quantitative research would be an advantage, but they will support your development in these methods. You will be involved in talking to stakeholders, consumers, citizens, and employees to understand reputation, develop communication campaigns, and facilitate new thinking.
