The Role
Due to growth, they now seek a Quantitative Researcher to join the team. As an Associate, you are expected to contribute significantly to research projects and ongoing client accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to briefs, managing multiple stakeholders, and collating opinions to reach consensus on business challenges.
- Developing and applying business-focused solutions to client briefs.
- Identifying key insights to ensure research informs business solutions.
- Delivering impact through compelling content (written and visual) and presentation style.
- Translating research findings into commercial language.
- Synthesizing multiple data sources into actionable insights.
- Managing client expectations through regular communication and follow-ups, building strong relationships.
- Managing projects effectively within scope, time, and budget.
- Collaborating with the Project Manager and colleagues to cost projects.
The Person
You should have solid experience in quantitative ad hoc research within an agency setting. Skills in questionnaire design, script checking, data validation, basic analysis, and project management are essential.
