We seek a sharp, enthusiastic, and driven cultural analyst passionate about brands and culture to join their team. The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy, genuinely excited about brands, advertising, and design, and inclined to make connections between brands and broader culture. You’ll enjoy working in an agency that deeply understands its clients’ brands, addressing business challenges strategically and creatively.

Your insights will help guide and inspire positioning, innovation, pack design, visual identity evaluation, language, and communication analysis.

Candidates should have experience in semiotics or language analysis within a cultural insight context or have engaged with semiotics in insight roles at brand consultancies, qualitative research agencies, advertising, or marketing services companies, especially on international projects with a cultural focus. This role is perfect for someone passionate about decoding culture and applying semiotics to brands’ marketing outputs, seeking to deepen their specialization.

You will lead projects and enjoy the challenges of client service, helping teams deliver results and building strong relationships with leadership and team members.

We are looking for analysts with strong brand understanding and academic qualifications in critical theory, languages, anthropology, sociology, art history/visual theory, or similar fields—especially those who have engaged with semiotics in these contexts.
