About the Company: A specialist consultancy with over 20 years of experience providing rigorous research and insights that support global technology clients\’ marketing campaigns. Their international client base includes tech giants such as Dell, IBM, and Canon, along with other Fortune 500 companies. Recent senior hires and a new brand identity mark a new phase of growth, with a particular focus on their B2B panel.
Role Overview: As the dedicated Panel Manager, you will collaborate with senior management and other teams to enhance growth strategies, increase engagement with the existing panel, and expand its reach regionally and across IT categories. Maintaining the high quality of panel membership is essential.
Candidate Profile: Experience with online surveys, customer databases, or community/panel management will be valuable. Skills in panel recruitment, management, and engagement are essential. Support will be provided by a fully resourced Operations Team, and training on panel software will be available. There is also an opportunity to pursue the MRS advanced certificate.
Working Arrangements: While ideally a full-time position, flexible working hours and a four-day workweek will be considered. The role offers home working until March, after which attendance at their Berkshire office for two days per week is expected.
