Great opportunity for a qualitative Associate Director (RM’s will also be considered) who is keen to make their mark. They have a passion for research that goes beyond the client brief, conducting bespoke research for clients. With growth across sectors, territories, and approaches, they are investing across the business with bigger picture bespoke projects and agenda-setting studies. They seek a talented Associate Director with a strong qualitative background to play an instrumental role in the agency. You will take the lead on the qualitative side of the business, working on and leading projects, managing a small team, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. This is a small, agile team working across various methodologies (qual, quant, traditional, innovative) to understand dynamic audiences. While the focus is on qualitative research, the team conducts both quant and qual studies, offering opportunities to get involved in mixed-method projects that integrate findings for comprehensive client insights.
