They work with leading brands within the consumer space using evidence-based understanding of what drives human behaviour – the core needs, wants, desires, and motivations – enabling them to understand what people want next and identify scalable opportunities for growth for their clients with people’s happiness and wellbeing in mind.
They seek an experienced, motivated, and vibrant Associate Director who wants to stretch themselves in an innovative and entrepreneurial environment. You will play an integral role in leading, executing, and delivering global insight, innovation, and strategy projects. You will enjoy developing and growing client relationships and be passionate about helping junior members of the team to flourish. Associate Directors also play an active role in helping shape and develop the company’s growth, building on their collaborative and inclusive company culture, and looking for ways to help them develop in a positive and human-centric way.
The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in insight, innovation, and/or brand strategy. This experience is likely to have been in an agency environment; however, client-side experience will be of strong interest as well.
