We have a current opening for an entry level Civil Engineer to work closely with our team on a variety of engineering projects. In this position, you will be part of different infrastructure projects including municipal plan review, infrastructure design, and road/transportation projects. As part of a team, you will be responsible for leading specific projects and tasks while being mentored by our Professional Engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Planning and Engineering, or a related field
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation basic knowledge
  • Experience/background with construction administration/engineering is a plus
  • Willingness to learn on the job
  • Strong attention to detail and thorough follow-through skills

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

You will work under the leadership of a licensed Professional Engineer on projects we are working on for our clients. Working alongside other civil engineers and CAD Drafters, you may be out in the field on site visits, in the office designing in AutoCAD or MicroStation, or focused on performing engineering calculations, and much more. You will gain experience in all aspects of design.

  • Work in an office environment
  • Attend client meetings and travel by car and/or plane if the project requires it
  • Participate in industry events such as conferences, relevant presentations
  • Perform project site visits
