Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and meetings.
  • Create and maintain BRD (Business Requirement Document), FRD (Functional Requirement Document), and user stories.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
  • Prepare process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend business solutions.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to monitor project progress.
  • Ensure documentation is updated and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
  • Experience with requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
